Brynn StrenstrudBrynn has been a Mortgage Banker for over 25 years and has spent the last 9 years at CBC National Bank. Prior to being named President of the Mortgage Division at CBC National Bank, he was directly responsible for Credit Risk, Correspondent Lending and Operations Management of the Mortgage Division.

In addition to serving as President of the Mortgage Banking Division, Brynn is also an Executive Vice President of CBC National Bank.

Stuart EhrlichStu’s 45+ year career spans a variety of industries and is rich in experience.  Working in Special Events, Operating fine jewelry stores, Human Resources and Training to finally in 2001 Stu changed gears to work in the Mortgage Industry and became Vice President of a Fortune 500 company.

In 2007, Stu joined CBC National Bank as Vice President and General Manager of the Mortgage Division.  In 2011, Stu Was named Senior Vice President of CBC National Bank and assumed the role as Director of Human Resources for the entire enterprise.

As the head of Human Resources his is responsible for Payroll, Benefits, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations, 401K and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Administration and Recruiting.  Along with the Leadership Team at the Mortgage Division he was able to grow a “Green Field” start-up which began in 2007 with 9 associates to a $2B enterprise in five short years.

 

Todd Vickery

Todd VickeryTodd is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Georgia Southern University.    Todd has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

He began his career with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where he served for 17 years.  Most notably, Todd eventually became Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for HomeBanc where he managed Secondary Marketing, Product Development and the relationships with key investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.

In 2009, Todd joined Amerisave Mortgage Corporation as Chief Operating Officer.   During his time at Amerisave, he established a mandatory trade desk that provided enhanced loan sale execution, approvals and ability to sell direct to all the agencies, a servicing retention platform that grew to over $6 Billion in volume and was instrumental in the development of Amerisave’s Third Party Wholesale and Correspondent Channel.

In January of 2014, Todd joined CBC as Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing.   Todd oversees all of Secondary Marketing and Investor relationships, including the agencies.

In his first year with CBC, he successfully implemented a more efficient hedge and loan sale strategy that has stabilized the mortgage division’s profitability of gain on sale and has CBC selling to a wider core group of investors and direct to Fannie Mae.

 

Brianne Aston

Brianne AstonBrianne began her career in the mortgage industry in 2002, fresh out of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She started out as a pre-processor and moved through closing, processing, inside sales, and eventually into compliance.

Her background in several aspects of the business has helped her to develop a broad knowledge of the industry. Brianne has been with CBC National Bank since September 2007 and currently serves as the Senior Business Analyst of the Mortgage Division.

Jennifer YocumJennifer has been in the accounting profession for 22 years, 11 years of that in the mortgage industry.

She has knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, preparation of financial statements, regulatory reporting and various other accounting/financial services. Her career has encompassed varied businesses, including government and international.

Jennifer has been with CBC National Bank since September of 2011 as the Assistant Controller.

Samantha Ward

With nearly 20 years of experience in Mortgage Banking, Sam holds the position of Underwriting Manager and Assistant Vice President with CBC National Bank.

Her Underwriting staff was responsible for closing over $1.2 billion in loans in 2014, including an array of Conventional, Government, and Portfolio products.

With a balanced emphasis on both Customer Service and Quality Control, Sam’s leadership has led CBC to maintain significant business growth and sustainability while offering her customers and investors an excellent product.

Spearheading innovative and efficient processes while maintaining extensive product knowledge and unparalleled customer service, has allowed Sam to propel the Underwriting Department at CBC to Industry Leader status.

 

Amy Norman

Amy Norman Amy has been in the Marketing profession for 17 years, 12 of those years in the mortgage industry. She has knowledge of brand awareness, multi-channel marketing, event planning and print and design marketing media.

Her career has spanned multiple industries including Hospitality, Information Technology/Software and Financial Services. She uses her creativity to spark new ideas and concepts for any trade. Amy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated on Dean’s List from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.

After college, she immediately began her career in marketing at Chateau Élan Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia. In 2006, she earned her Real Estate license in the state of Georgia. Amy has been with CBC National Bank since January 2012.

Today, Amy is Marketing Director of CBC National Bank, Mortgage Division.
